The <br />City adjudicated exchanges in Case No. W-8710 from its own reservoirs to the North Pipeline in <br />order to enhance their utility within the City's water resources system, including: <br />• Ralph Price Reservoir <br />• Union Reservoir <br />• Pleasant Valley Reservoir <br />• McCall Lake <br />• Copeland Lake (structure and absolute water rights owned by SVLHWCD since mid- <br />1990s) <br />The City adjudicated exchanges in Case No. W-8710 from the following ditch company <br />reservoirs to the South Pipeline in order to enhance their utility within the City's water resources <br />system: <br />• Oligarchy Reservoir No. 1 (aka Burch Lake) under the St. <br />adjacent to Wade Gaddis potable water treatment plant <br />• Independent Reservoir under the Longmont Supply Ditch <br />• Clover Basin Reservoir under the James Ditch <br />• Arbuckle Reservoir Nos. 2 and 4 and Supply Reservoir Nc <br />National Park Service since late-1980s) <br />• Liberty Reservoir -Conditional storage unit <br />Vrain Palmerton Ditch, located <br />1 (structures owned by <br />City of Longmont Operating Memorandum.doc Page 13 of 21 March 2, 2005 <br />
