Changes to some of the City's <br />additional share ownership in these and other ditches are currently pending in water court. The <br />uses of the changed water rights have been adjudicated in the water court cases based on the <br />City's use of the water (for direct use or for storage) and the type of water year (wet, dry, or <br />average), as discussed further in the Operational Information section. The North and South <br />Pipelines have been adjudicated as alternate points for the City's ownership in these ditches. <br />Exchanges from these ditches into the City's storage reservoirs have also been adjudicated. <br />Storage Rights <br />• St. Vrain Creek storage rights from Civil Actions 4790, 6673, 11715, 20716, and Case <br />Numbers W-7486, 80CW444, 86CW394, and 87CW231 are summarized in Table 5. <br />• The City owns 100 percent of Ralph Price Reservoir and 85 percent of Union Reservoir. <br />City of Longmont Operating Memorandum.doc Page 12 of 21 March 2, 2005 <br />
