The City <br />included exchanges from many of the ditches and storage units under the ditches up to the City's <br />upper basin reservoirs as part of the later transfers in order to enhance the utility of these sources <br />in potential, future water rights dedications to the City. The total amounts listed in Table <br />3 for the transferred water rights are the total rates decreed for the original priorities adjudicated <br />to the irrigation ditches that were the source of the transferred rights. <br />The City's water rights from the early transfers and the later transfers are summarized in Table 4, <br />listed in upstream to downstream order.
