The Lower Latham Ditch and Reservoir System has been identified as a key structure for the South Platte Decision Support System (SPDSS) consumptive use and surface water modeling efforts. Cases W7639 and W2376 involve the exchange of 5.5 shares of the Lower <br />Latham Ditch Company and 3.75 shares of the Lower Latham Reservoir Company to Monfort of <br />Colorado, Inc.
