The canal is commonly referred to as the Loveland Greeley Canal to the east of Interstate 25 <br />and referred to as the Greeley Loveland Canal to the west of Interstate 25. <br />Percent ownership based on City pro-rata amount /Total rate <br />The uses of the changed water rights in the City's water resources system is addressed in the <br />Operational Information section, below. <br />Storage Rights <br />Cache la Poudre River storage water rights from Civil Action Numbers 2031, 5362, 11217, <br />and Case Numbers W-7983, W-7985, 87CW042, and 90CW226 are summarized in Table 5. <br />The City of Greeley owns one-hundred percent of the storage rights listed in Table 5. The <br />City also has pro rata ownership in the GLIC-system reservoirs although these water rights <br />are not included in Table 5 <br />As noted above, Milton Seaman Reservoir and Barnes Meadow Reservoir are anticipated to <br />be modeled explicitly. Comanche Reservoir, Hourglass Reservoir, Twin Lake Reservoir, and <br />Peterson Lake are anticipated to be modeled together. <br />Page 15 of 21 <br />
