The Bob Creek Ditch diversion is <br />difficult to maintain but the City anticipates using the ditch as necessary. The Columbine Ditch <br />remains inactive. The direct flow rights summarized in Table 3 include the two water rights <br />transferred to the Bellvue Treatment Plant and the junior absolute and conditional pipeline water <br />rights. The total amounts listed in Table 3 for the transferred water rights are the total decreed <br />rates for the original priorities adjudicated to the irrigation ditches that were the source of the <br />transferred rights. <br />The City has changed a portion of its water right holdings in the Greeley Loveland Irrigation <br />Company, Seven Lakes Reservoir Company, and Lake Loveland Company, as summarized in <br />Table 4. Greeley has additional share ownership in these companies and other ditch companies <br />on the Big Thompson River and the Cache la Poudre River. These ditch company shares have <br />typically not been changed in water court and have been leased back to the respective ditch <br />companies since the City assumed ownership of the shares. <br />• Big Thompson River changed ditch company shares from Case Numbers 87CW329, <br />92CW129, and 95CW042 are summarized in Table 4. <br />Page 14 of 21 <br />
