The total amounts listed in <br />Table 2 for the transferred water rights are the total decreed rates for the original priorities <br />adjudicated to the irrigation ditches. <br />The City has changed its ownership in the South Side ditches and other irrigation water rights in <br />water court, as summarized in Table 3. The City's ownership in these water rights has generally <br />been adjudicated as alternate points to one another, the Fort Collins Pipeline, and to the PVP via <br />the North Poudre Supply Canal.
