75th Street Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Boulder Feeder Canal and Boulder Supply Canal <br />The Boulder Feeder Canal is owned and operated by NCWCD, and is used to convey C-BT and <br />Windy Gap project water to Boulder Reservoir. The Boulder Feeder Canal is used to convey <br />project water to Boulder Creek for delivery to project water owners. The Supply Canal is operated <br />by the NCWCD. Additional information concerning the Boulder Feeder Canal and Boulder <br />Supply Canal may be found in a memorandum documenting operations of the C-BT and Windy <br />Gap Projects, completed as part of Task 5 of the SPDSS project. <br />WATER RIGHTS <br />Boulder currently owns 21,015 units of the C-BT Project and 37 units of the Windy Gap Project <br />(the City originally owned 80 units of Windy Gap, but sold 43 units to Broomfield in 1991). <br />Direct Flow Water Rights <br />The City owns original direct flow water rights decreed to the City and several water rights by <br />virtue of its ownership in several ditches that divert water from Boulder Creek. Direct flow water <br />rights decreed in Civil Action Nos. CA1400, CA8407, CA10518, CA15012, and Water Court <br />Case Nos. W7569, W7570, 90CW 193, 94CW284 and 94CW285 are summarized in Table 3 and <br />Table 4.
