Sue Morea: We will draft a conclusion section.
Mike Shimmin: It would be helpful if Hal could work on that and if we could see that before the
next meeting.
Bruce Gerk: Wants comments from Jim Hall: How much of the water that exits Sedgwick Cty,
how much of that water is generated from return flows from augmentation and return flows?
Jim Hall: for last several years, most of the water.
Bruce Gerk: Thus, in absence of rainfall or big runoff, this water is no water to capture.
Page 14: Julesburg gauge is not listed; this would illustrate that there is no water to capture at
Balzwic; therefore, there is 100 miles of river that is left out.
Julio Itarrio: page 1 1, Table 2: Existing and Planned: needs to be asterisked; also, other creeks
not on map.
Bill Jerke: We would like this on July agenda please.
Sue Morea: Will be presenting to Metro rdtable tomorrow
III. Therefore, asked that the group go seek funding from other rdtables.
AK would recommend that the rdtable would provide $25,000 in funding and that
each of the South Platte, Metro, CO River and AK would be asked also for $25,000 in
support of project; has also changed statewide request to more.
