President: Jack Gilleland <br />Vice President: Donald Lopez <br />Secretary: Leland Holman <br />Ditch Rider: Charles Thomas <br />Assets of the Company include numerous decreed water rights, and the Manassa Ditch system <br />and associated diversion and water delivery facilities. <br />Share Ownership <br />The Company was originally capitalized with 50,000 shares of stock, but there are currently <br />47,250 shares of the Company outstanding. These shares are owned by approximately 250 <br />shareholders. <br />Limitations on Share Use <br />Shares of the Company may be used for irrigation purposes at any location within the Company <br />service area. There are no restrictions on such uses, although the Company requires that <br />shareholders inform them of any changes in place of use by April 1St of each year. A map of the <br />service area is provided as Attachment 1. <br />Water Rights of the Company <br />The Company owns numerous water rights associated with three (3) different diversion <br />structures. The Company also owns rights and shares in several other ditch companies and <br />unincorporated ditches and these rights have been transferred to the Company's own diversion <br />structures. All rights owned by the Company are shown in Table 1.
