These shares are owned by approximately 250 <br />shareholders. <br />Limitations on Share Use <br />Shares of the Company may be used for irrigation purposes at any location within the Company <br />service area. There are no restrictions on such uses, although the Company requires that <br />shareholders inform them of any changes in place of use by April 1St of each year. A map of the <br />service area is provided as Attachment 1. <br />Water Rights of the Company <br />The Company owns numerous water rights associated with three (3) different diversion <br />structures. The Company also owns rights and shares in several other ditch companies and <br />unincorporated ditches and these rights have been transferred to the Company's own diversion <br />structures. All rights owned by the Company are shown in Table 1.
