The <br />responsibilities include determining several sources for scope and cost estimates and obtaining <br />input from communities on local surveyors. <br /> <br />The Task Assignment and Scheduling Worksheet in Appendix I, Subsection 1.2.5 of these <br />Guidelines can be used to make assignments and develop a schedule for the project. The Flood <br />Map Project Process Flowchart, which is included in Appendix I, Subsection 1.2.6 of these <br />Guidelines also may be useful. <br /> <br />1.3.2.5 Community Partnership Agreements <br /> <br />[February 2002] <br /> <br />If the community will not be participating in the project by contributing work, FEMA shall sign <br />a Community Partner Memorandum of Agreement with the community to document the good <br />faith efforts to collaboratively assess the community's needs, develop an appropriate Scope of <br />Project, and develop and publish the resulting maps.
