The <br />F1owDir coordinates for the feature are ordered from upstream to esriFieldTypeInteger <br /> downstream. Possible values are: 0= Uninitialized, 1= <br /> WithDigitized. This information is used to define the <br /> geometric network, which allows upstream to <br /> downstream navigation. <br /> The common identifier of the water body that contains <br /> an artificial linear feature. Artificial feature is a line that <br />WBAreaComID represents the flow of water through a polygonal water esriFieldTypeInteger <br /> body. Used to relate water bodies and linear features <br /> they contain. <br /> Unique identifier associated with descriptive feature <br />FType type.
