The maps were very accurate at this stage and few edits were <br />made. Most ditch companies were very pleased with the product. Any corrections or notes made on the <br />maps during the final review period were edited in the digital data and checked by the personnel that <br />attended the meeting. Notes from the final review meetings and any edits performed are recorded in the <br />`Ditch Company Contact Database'. Table 6 provides a summary of all the contacts or activities <br />performed by RTi with the ditch companies in Division 1. <br />Table 6. The final assignment of wells to parcels was completed, as described in Section 2.3.2. All <br />parcels were reviewed to ensure that there was a water source and crop type assigned to them. The <br />topology of the parcels was evaluated and overlaps were corrected. Finally, the parcels were formatted <br />into a shapefile consistent with the CDSS and HydroBase format.
