<br />Task Memoranda 1.14-04 and 1.14-05 were prepared detailing the results of each model. <br />? <br />Subtask 5: Develop the CU Model Methodologies <br /> <br />The analysis and verification of agricultural consumptive use as calculated by XCONS2 was <br />? <br />completed. <br /> <br />The USBR reservoir evaporation procedures were reviewed. <br />? <br /> <br />Task Memorandum 1.14-01 summarizing CU model methodologies was written. <br />? <br />Subtask 6: Identify the Data Needs of the CU Model <br />Core and fringe data requirements for databases were identified. <br />? <br /> <br />The CU data input requirements document (Task Memorandum 1.14-2) was written to <br />? <br />document the projected input requirements. <br />? <br />Subtask 7: Write Task Memoranda Describing the Process and Define the Work Plan for Phase IIa <br />A time-line was created along with a detailed work plan for phase I. These documents identify <br />? <br />subtasks that support the goals outlined in Exhibit A: Scope of Services Year I. <br /> <br />Dates and responsibilities were identified in the work plan for when software and hardware <br />? <br />should be in place to coordinate with other activities. <br />Phase II (May-December 1994) <br />Subtask 1: Develop Design for CU Model <br />A preliminary design for the overall program for the CU model was developed. <br />? <br /> <br />The USBR XCONS2 program was studied in depth. It was determined that the structure of the <br />? <br />program needed to be modified to conform with a more structured programming approach <br />(modular and documented). <br /> <br />A study of the SMB model was completed, and the subroutines that needed to be included in <br />? <br />the overall CU model were identified. <br /> <br />A comprehensive listing of data needed by the CU model was submitted on June 2. This <br />? <br />document was a revised version of Task Memorandum 1.14-2 and was to be used to develop <br />low-level data management interfaces (DMIs) needed to retrieve information from the database. <br /> <br />The first design of the functionality of the graphical user interface (GUI) was developed on <br />? <br />paper. <br /> <br />The draft output files were given to the State for comments. <br />? <br /> <br />2 <br />A 275 01.09.95 1.14-6 Lange <br />
