Tabh: 2 (continued) Streams Mapped With Detaih:d Floodplain Information Middle Branch Hylands Creek Ranch Creek North Branch Hylands Creek South Branch Ranch Creek South Branch Hylands Creek Tanglewood Creek Tributary "B" of Little Dry Creek Walnut Creek Nissen Reservoir Channel North Branch Walnut Creek ; and WHEREAS, said report provides approximate floodplain information for certain streams within the corporate limits of the City of 'Westminster, as they were on September 30, 1988, as listed on Table 3 below: Table 3 Streams Mapped With Ap'proximate Floodplain Information Ketner Creek ~ittle Dry Creek Shaw Heights Tribul~ ; and Consistency with Previous Floodplailn Studies WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain i.nformation contained in said report dated September 30, 1988, for the streams listed in Table 2, is inc:onsist~:nt with Resolution No. 23 (previously rescinded), Resolution No. 270, Resolution No. 292 and Resolution No. 300; and WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain information contained in Resolutions Nos. 270, 292 and 300 was prepared for floodplain management purposes, and is based on hydrological analyses that assume future basin conditions, projecting future watershed land uses that can reasonably be anticipated; and WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain information contained in said report dated September 30 1988, for the streams listed in Table 2, was prepared for flood insurance purposes, and is based on hydrological analyses that assume existing basin conditions, presuming watershed land uses as they were during the study period with future changes not considered; and WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain information contained in said report dated September 30, 1988, for the streams listed in Table 2, includes floodplain delineations for certain stream reaches that are different than the floodplain delineations ,contained in Resolutions Nos. 270, 292 and 300 for those 3 -..
