WHEREAS, a floodplain study entided "~faster Plan - Major Drainageway Planning,
City of Westminster, Colorado, Adams & Jefferson County, Volumes I and IT', dated November
1973, was prepared by the Urban Drainage & Flood Control District, which has not been
designated and approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board; and

Study to be Designated

WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency prepared a floodplain
information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Westminster, Colorado, Adams
and Jefferson Counties", dated September 30,1988;, and

WHEREAS, said report provides detailed floodplain information for certain streams within
the corporate limits of the City of Westmins,ter, as they were on September 30, 1988, as listed in
Table 2 below:
