Schedule <br />The Table abo~re includes a schedule and key rn%lestanes associated with the various tasks. Phase <br />1 is scheduled to begin on or about March 1, 2045 or as soon as Phase I of the Plan is complete. <br />The public involvement process is expected to take two to three months and to be ongoing to some <br />extent thereafter. Compilation ofthe various recom~n.endations and f~n.dings is expected to take <br />between three and four months with draft Plans circulating for comment and revision staving in <br />September, 2008. It is our objective to submit the Final Plan for adoption by RwAPA and its <br />members by the end of 2005. This schedule is subject to revision as Phase T is completed and the <br />various tasks get underway. <br />
