Water .~vai~a~ility and Sustaina~i~ity Since Phase ~ of the watershed Plan does not directly involve development, use, diversion or manipulation of a speci~.c water resource, we do not believe that th~'s information is relevant to this application. Although the water resources involved ~n this Plan include all of the waterways, lakes and impoundments in the Roaring Fork watershed, those water resources will be affected only to the extent that the Plan is implemented by the various governments, agencies and individuals with jurisdiction aver those resources. 7. .~e~ated or relevant previous studies Phase of the watershed Plan has identified a list of aver 50 previous studies and plans with relevance to the Roaring Fork watershed. Many of these are being excerpted for inclusion in the State of the watershed Report ar are being used as key references for that Report. That list is too long to include in this application but is available for reference if necessary.
