Protection Agency, the Colorado Divis~.on of wildlife, the Army Corps of Engineers, the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments and various private consultants. The Authority has received a number of grants on behalf of local agencies and has represented the local watershed at various state and regional meetings and conferences.
