. Distribute the Draft Plan to the public and document the public review and
comment process. Broomfield does not have any specific rules regarding
public review process for the Plan adoption, but will advertise a 60 day public
comment for the Draft Plan in the local newspaper. At the end of the 60 day
period, a notice of public hearing will be placed in the local newspaper. The
Draft Plan will be presented at a Public Hearing before the City & County of
Broomfield Council. Additional public comment will be tal(en at the meeting.
. Finalize the Water Conservation Plan and have City Council formally adopt
the Water Conservation Plan.

10. Project Management

. Provide progress reports to CWCB at 50% and 95% completion, documenting
success in meeting goals, obstacles, preliminary findings or accomplishments,
and any need for revisions to the scope.
. Concurrent with the required 50% completion report, request a meeting with
CWCB staff to review progress to date, receive input on direction tal(en thus
far, and discuss any recommendations CWCB staff may have.
. Prior to the distribution of the Draft Plan to the public, request review of the
Draft Plan by CWCB staff to identify any missing information.
