This <br />conceptual plan refers to the Board's report several times. The <br />summary statement that is most pertinent to the overall program being <br />proposed is,IIIt seems probable that a much intensified and steady <br />program of scientific inquiry over the next two decades will yield <br />regionally important increases in mountain snowpack in the 1980's * * <br />*.11 (page 3) In general, there is close agreement in this plan with <br />the recommendations contained in the Board report and the report <br />supports the approaches proposed herein by the Bureau. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />31 <br />
