Current developments within Erie's service area <br /> <br />. Information on future land use from the Comprehensive Master Plan <br /> <br />. Assumed 2.79 people per unit for residential development <br /> <br />. Assumed future development will correspond with the Comprehensive Master <br />Plan land use map <br /> <br />. Assumed the buildout service includes those areas currently served by the Left <br />Hand Water District <br /> <br />. Growth is assumed to be 6 percent per year through 2010 and 4 percent per year <br />after 2010 <br /> <br />.
