<br />CDIVI <br /> <br />Attachment B <br />Town of Erie Water Conservation Plan Scope of Work, January 2007 <br /> <br />Task 1.8 - Develop Implementation Plan <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />The activities described under this task will provide information on Erie's plans to <br />implement the Conservation Plan. <br /> <br />Approach <br />The following items will be addressed and compiled in the Plan. <br /> <br />. Develop implementation schedule <br />. Develop plan for public participation in implementation <br />. Develop plan for monitoring and evaluation processes <br />. Develop plan for updating and revising the Plan <br />. Define plan adoption date/plan completed approved data <br /> <br />Task 1.9 - Documentation <br />Purpose <br />Prepare drafts and final documentation of the Plan. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />Contractor will prepare the drafts, plus a final version of the Plan as described under <br />"Deliverables" and the Schedule in Table 3. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Public Outreach <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />937-60-126 C.R.S. requires a public review process prior to approval of the Plan. Erie <br />will seek public input on the Plan through use of a public review program. <br /> <br />Approach <br />Task 2.1 Public Meeting <br />The Contractor will prepare a PowerPoint presentation for one public meeting/ open <br />house to be held on a date mutually agreeable to the Contractor and Erie. This <br />meeting will seek feedback on the draft Conservation Plan and conservation goals. <br /> <br />Task 2.2 Fact Sheet <br />The Contractor will prepare a two-sided page fact sheet summarizing components of <br />the Plan. This Fact Sheet will be used to provide information on the Plan to the public. <br /> <br />Assumptions <br /> <br />. Erie will adopt formalized requirements for a public review process.
