Staff further <br />recommends that the Board consider entering into a formal written agreement with <br />JCWCD to allocate data collection and analysis responsibilities and to ensure progress <br />during the two year delay. Nearburg <br />Tape 4, Track 1 01:39:40 - 02:22:10 <br />Action: A motion was made by Geoff Blakeslee and seconded by Eric Wilkinson to approve Staff <br />recommendation that the Board make the preliminary determination that the natural <br />environment of Trout Creek could be preserved to a reasonable degree with the proposed <br />injury if Charles ~learburg provides the proposed mitigation. Staff also requests that the <br />Board provide comments to Staff on the proposal and identify any issues that Charles <br />Nearburg and Staff should address before bringing the proposal to the Board for final <br />approval. The motion was approved unanimously (10-0). <br />18.
