Action: A motion was made by Harold Mickel and seconded by Carl Trick to approve Staff <br />recommendation that the Boazd approve up to $45,000 from the from the Arkansas Basin <br />Account to complete the Upper :Big Sandy Water Balance contingent on re;>olution of the <br />item in the issues/additional needs section of the Board memo. All products, data and <br />information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in hard cc-py <br />and electronic fornnat as part of the project documentation. This information will in turn <br />be made widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public and will help <br />promote the development of a common technical platform. Harris Sherman was not <br />present for the motion. This recommendation is contingent on resolution of the items <br />in the issues/additional needs section as well as the applicant's in~tettt to pursue 319 <br />funding. The applicant MUST describe how this tool directly ties the meeting of their <br />non-consumptive and/or consumptive water supply needs.
