<br />III.C.3 Current Miscellaneous Water Use
<br />Miscellaneous water use within the District includes cemeteries, golf courses, fairgrounds, lakes,
<br />churches and rural schools. IID accounting records estimate the annual miscellaneous water use
<br />for the time period 1987 through 1994 to be 10,415 acre-feet of water.
<br />
<br />The annual total volume of water delivered for non-agriculture use (municipal, industrial,
<br />miscellaneous, and feedlots) is presented in Table IILC.3-1. In 1994 the total volume of water
<br />delivered for non-agricultural use was 77,123 acre-feet.

<br />IILC4 Current lID Operational Water Requirements
<br />The last component required for determining the current total water requirement of the District is
<br />the operational water requirements. Operational requirements are the amount of water required
<br />to ensure delivery of the necessary water to meet the user's demands. In other words, it is the
<br />amount of water that will be lost in transit from its diversion point on the Colorado River to its
<br />
