<br />day (GPCD) for each of the incorporated cities and the unincorporated area for the years 1990
<br />and 1994. The population numbers were developed by IV AG and previously presented in Table
<br />III.B.2-1. Water delivery numbers were developed by Boyle Engineering during the On-Farm
<br />Irrigation Efficiencv study that was completed for the lID in August 1993. 1994 values are
<br />based on lID delivery records.

<br />Excluding agriculture, the primary industrial water uses outside the urban areas are the
<br />geothermal plants, Holly Sugar Corporation, chemical and fertilizer producers, one state prison
<br />(one existing state prison is served by a municipal water system), and the U.S. Naval Air Station.
<br />Table III.C.2-2 presents the total industrial water use outside the urban areas for the years 1987
<br />through 1994.
