This was discussed and approved at our regularly scheduled Board meeting in <br />Silverthorne, Colorado, on July 18,2005, by a unanimous vote. Advances in weather modification research <br />will greatly assist weather modification operations as an effective too] in drought preparedness and mitigation <br />in the west. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />We hope that Congress will pass your bill (RR. 2995) together with Senator Hutchison's Bill (S. <br />517) to develop the much needed national weather modification operations and research board.
