What actually happened since March 1st? <br />The typical La Niña <br />outcome would have <br />been warmer than <br />normal to the <br />southwest of us, and <br />cooler than normal to <br />our northeast. The <br />continued cold west of <br />the Divide is almost <br />freakish -at least, the <br />pine beetles should be <br />a bit more sluggish <br />this year… <br />
