What actually happened since March 1st? <br />The typical La Niña <br />outcome would have <br />been a dry March in <br />most of the Southwest <br />(v). Last night’s storm <br />had trouble lining up <br />all its <br />‘Supercandidates’, <br />certainly no repeat of <br />2003, or 1998 (both of <br />which were during El <br />Niño springs…) <br />
