POSTMORTEM ON JAN-MAR FORECAST <br />: <br />Mylate ‘07 forecast for the first quarter of 2008 <br />was about as pessimistic as they come, and I guess <br />we can all be glad that it verified much wetter than <br />this IN OUR MOUNTAINS. The eastern plains of <br />Colorado (as well as most of NM, UT and southern <br />AZ) ended up about as dry (so far) as expected. <br />
