Prepare Plat of Survey suitable for record ing with the County Clerk & Recorders, and <br />deposit with the County Survey office. <br />The estimated cost for services as described in Task 2 is: $21,600. <br />The above mentioned cost was computed with the following assumptions: <br />1. All staking is on a one-time-only basis. Re -staking will be invoiced at cost, as per the <br />Buckhorn Geotech, Inc. 2007 Rate Sheet. <br />2. Survey crews will have access to the properti es as necessary to complete the tasks. <br />3. The Town will provide locations of undergr ound waterline and improvements for our <br />survey crews to locate. <br />4. The town will provide BGI access to town reco rds as necessary to complete the tasks. <br />Travel Time: Unless agreed otherwise, charges for trav el time to and from the project site <br />are charged for as a part of the above proposal. <br />Mileage: Unless agreed otherwise, project related mileag e, in addition to what is included in <br />the above proposal, is charged at the rate of $0.65/mile. <br />Field Supplies: Unless otherwise stated, standard survey supplies (stakes, exterior property <br />monuments and caps, t-post), are a part of the above cost. Government style monuments, <br />and monument boxes, etc will be charged at cost. <br />Public Record Fees: Unless otherwise stated, there is an additional charge for all documents <br />purchased from and recorded in the public records at cost plus 10%. <br />Sub-Consultants: Buckhorn Geotech adds a 10% markup to invoices from sub-consultants <br />to cover administrative and project management expenses. <br />Out of town Expenses: Unless otherwise stated, On proj ects requiring overnight lodging, <br />Buckhorn Geotech charges a per diem rate for meals, lodging, and related expenses. The per <br />diem rate will be costs plus 10%. <br />I wish to thank you for this opportunity to be a participant in your project.
