Tasks <br />Task 1: Preliminary Engineering – analysis and design of new water distribution <br />system <br />Procedure: <br /> engineer will develop base mapping of ex isting water system from Town provided <br />topographic survey, a WaterCAD model will be de veloped and analyzed to ascertain existing <br />delivery pressures, the model will th en be tested using updated distribution piping and looping to <br />verify delivery pressure is mainta ined or improved and to quantify construction quantities\budget, <br />preliminary plan drawings and details w ill be prepared for review and approval. <br />Deliverables: narrative report of modeling analysis and recommendations, plan and detail <br />drawings at 70 percent level of completion <br />Task 2: Final Engineering <br />Procedure: engineer will utilize preliminary engineer ing information and review comments from <br />client and funding agency to prepare final plans and related documents for use by the client in <br />selecting a construction contractor for the project. <br />Deliverables: final plans, details, quantity estimate , and technical specifications w\special <br />conditions. <br />II. Personnel <br />Project Manger\Engineer – Eric L. Krch, PE <br />Mr. Krch is the companies Civil Group Manager an d Senior Project Manage r. He has personally <br />designed three water distribution systems in the Sawpit\Telluride area, as well as assisting in the <br />design of one 400 home residential development water supply system <br />Senior Designer – Peter Isaacson, EI <br />Mr. Isaacson is a lead designer in the companies’ Civil Group. He is currently designing a new water <br />distribution, source, and storage system for El k Meadows community near Ridgway; a 126 connection <br />development. <br />Designer – Brynn Boyd, EI <br />Mrs. Boyd is a civil designer and geotechnical engineer in the companies Civil Group. She has designed <br />water distribution system for several residential deve lopments in the Montrose and Grand Junction area. <br />12 <br />
