Town of Sawpit from the town’s spring into & thru the town. <br />TASK 2 ; Monumentation of Town Boundary, & prepare Plat. <br />Dear Mr. Kimball <br />As requested, Buckhorngeotech has prepared an estimate for professional land surveying <br />services for the above referenced tasks 1 & 2. The following information provides a proposed <br />Scope of Work and budget from Buckhorn Geotech, Inc. <br />Scope of Services <br />Task 1 Surveying Services: Waterline location, topographic survey & site plan <br />File, plan & deed research & set up for field survey. <br />Field control survey to locate/establish horizo ntal and vertical control within the site. <br />Field control survey to locate existing sp ring and improvements, existing waterline & <br />improvements from spring down into and thru town. <br />Location of existing buildings and improveme nts on or near the existing waterline. <br />Prepare a site plan showing locations and topographic information along the waterline <br />route. <br />The estimated cost for services as described in Task 1 is: $11,700 <br />Task 2: Monument town boundaries, prepare plat of survey. <br />File, plan & deed research, field recon and set up for surveying. <br />Field control survey to locate/establish horizo ntal and vertical control on and or near <br />the boundary. <br />Field control surveys to locate existing controlling monumentation. <br />Office calculations and boundary determinations. <br />Prepare work sheets and sketch of boundary survey. <br />Field control survey to set missing town boundary corners. <br />10 <br />
