of the plan, including information on the City's water use, billings and revenue, history of its infrastructure, and the development of conservation measures and programs. Christine DeChristopher is the City Finance Director and will help with the financial aspects of the project. Water conservation measures will potentially impact City funds by reduced revenue from a reduction in water sales, but will potentially benefit the City financially by postponing system improvements, water right purchases, etc. Christine will assist in the development of plans to address these issues as well as work with CWS on what the City can afford. Christine will be leaving the City. Her "to-be-named" replacement will play an important role in the plan. Kristi Jefferson is in charge of billings. Kristi has a good understanding of and access to information such as water use per customer category and revenues generated from each category. She will assist CWS in developing past and current history of water sales and associated revenue, non-payment and fines. Dara MacDonald is the City Planner and is currently updating the City's Comprehensive Plan. Dara will assist with the population projections and associated water demands to insure consistency between planning documents. Lonnie Oversole is the plant manager. Lonnie will provide information on plant production, so information such as unaccounted for water can be quantified.
