Clear Water Solutions, Inc. (CWS) will complete the Water Conservation Plan for
the City of Salida. Individuals from CWS include Steve Nguyen, P.E., Rachel
Kullman and Cort Nickel, P.E.

Steve Nguyen is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Colorado. He
has over ten years of experience in the water rights and water planning arena.
He has helped many clients manage their water resources including water
supply, water acquisition, water usage, and water conservation. Steve has
completed Raw Water Master Plans and Water Conservation Plans for many
municipal clients.

Rachel Kullman is also a Professional Engineer registered in the State of
Colorado has over four years of experience in water resources planning and
management. She will assist with all aspects of the plan, including the
identification and quantification of conservation measures and water savings.

Cort Nickel is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Colorado. He
has over 25 years of experience in municipal engineering. Through previous
services, he is familiar with the City's infrastructure needs. Cort will assist with
profiling the existing infrastructure and facilities.

Steve Golnar is the City Administrator and will serve as the primary staff contact
for this planning effort. He will give CWS advice and general direction on all
aspects of the project. Steve will be paramount in the development of all aspects
