<br />. The study is based upon pumping data provided by CWPDA, the State Engineer's Office, <br />and consultants for the State of Colorado. Using that data, estimates of pumping and stream <br />depletions were developed for the period 1996 through 21023. The study investigated the feasibility <br />of replacement water based upon readily available and nonspecific data relative to the sources of <br />replacement water that could be used by CWPDA.
