North Platte Roundtable Meeting Minutes 01.16.08 4 Denise got Melissa Landon from CNHP's data information team to address the lawsuit question raised by Rick W: She referred to flowcharts on the application: Colorado Open Records Act request: hi the event of a lawsuit, CSU's legal council would try to get a sensitive data exemption. Copyright doesn't exempt them under CORA. Defuse addressed the jurisdictional wetland question: CHNP's inventories do not create jurisdictional wetlands. At the end of the survey they would have polygons, so if a property falls within the large polygons, it could perhaps be marked in their database as a wetland. Ann Timbermann: Some of this information is available through NWI (National Wetlands Inventory). This would be an improvement on what information is already out there.
