Tovmship 3 North, Range 68 West, where the same was originally
diverted and from the heBdgate of the canal of The Consolidated
'Hi11sboro D1 tch and Reservoir Company, where said water has lately
been diverted, to thE'! heeldgate of The Farmers Irrigating Ditch
com-pany, which is locetecll on Section 24, Township 5 North, Range
69 Westj said one cubic foot of water thence to be carried to and
used upon the lands of pEltitioner, under and by means of said ditch.
