5. The Court doth further find, that the said changes of
plAce of diversion of the said water right will not injuriously
affect any vested right,s of respondents or other appropriators of
water from the Big ThompsclD river, in the making of exchanges of
water with the river, by reservoirs located In the Big Thompson
water shed, or prevent thE' use of r.aid water rights after the
change 61' places of diversion from being used as heretofore in
effecting such exchanges, when lawfully required for that purpose,
and when proper appliancel~ are provided by the reservoir companies
for deliv~ring the water lror exchange into the river and into the

, ditches making the excha~~e, as provided by law, petitioner, in
common wi th other owners (:>1' water rights, furnishing water for
exchange, retaining the right to participate in the mutual benefits

of such exchanges.

1. That petitioner be allowed and authorized to change the
place of diversion of 1.89 cubic feet of water per, second of time
