such that when our roundtables are able to get together, there would be a
structured process?

IL Annual Meeting Business:
Election of Officers and Setting Regular Meetings for 2008.
Fred Wallcer, Second Vice Chair, will arrive late but would like to serve again.
Bill Jerke: Will serve again for one more year; but this would be a one year
term.

III. Technical Assistance Task Orders
Nicole Rowan with CDM and Hal Simpson with CDM.
1) Review of Dick Stencil's November presentation: re: Task Order
and Applegate: See November minutes.
2) Non-consumptive needs assessment: South Platte and Metro
have formed conunittee: Larry Howard, Bert Weaver, and Tom
Iseman, two from Metro: first step in process: See handout re:
Summary of Attributes Collected for Basin Roundtables. Each
roundtable is looping at the SWSI rec/environmental GIS info
and local info that they would like to bring to process. 2"~ step:
worl~ing with Roundtables through committees to set priorities;
on Dec 17, meeting in Glenwood Springs of non-consumptive
state-wide technical group to look at these issues from statewide
perspective; purpose of this meeting: let roundtables lalow the
teclu7ical options to qualify these needs.
3) Work Plan on Upper Mountain Counties: See draft of that plan
