Organizations and Employees Providing Project Services <br />Sustainable Solutions International <br />SSI, is the American distributer of Caroma dual flush (0.8/1.6 gpf) toilets. <br />Northglenn Lowe's <br />Lowe's has agreed to partner on this ambitious project. They will offer discounts to <br />participants on plumbing purchases and will help to market the program. <br />Wayne East, Water Conservationist, City of Northglenn <br />Wayne East is a native Coloradoan who received his bachelor's in Natural Resources <br />with an emphasis in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University in 1997. He <br />worked two years with the Denver Water Department while pursuing his Masters of <br />Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. Prior to joining <br />the team at Northglenn he worked for four and a half years as the Executive Director <br />of the Colorado Wildlife Federation. He was responsible for education, public <br />outreach, planning, grant administration, program management, and budget <br />preparation among other duties. Wayne now serves as the Water Conservationist for <br />the City of Northglenn. <br />Wayne will be instrumental in carrying out every aspect of the program. <br />
