David Allen, Utilities Director, City of Northglenn <br />Mr. Allen has a BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and a MS in <br />Civil Engineering from University of Southern California. Mr. Allen manages and <br />directs the City of Northglenn staff who are responsible for the development, <br />planning and conser~~ation of the City of Northglenn's water supplies. He has over <br />seventeen years working in the water engineering field. Mr. Allen will be involved <br />with multiple aspects of the program including but not limited to development and <br />implementation oversight. <br />Traffic Control <br />Traffic Control will be handled by Northglenn law enforcement personnel. <br />Administrative Staff and laborers <br />Various city employees will process paperwork, background checks and disposal of <br />old toilets. <br />3. These are stored at Standley Lake.
