<br />The graph included on ELCQ bills shows each customer their water use for the past 13 <br />months. Approximately 27010 of ELCQ's non-residential customers exceeded their <br />annual allotment in 2006. The average amount of the conservation charge paid in 2006 <br />by residential and non-residential customers was $129, and $825 respectively. Figure <br />3.11 shows the number of residential customers that paid a conservation charge in <br />2006 and the annual amount they were assessed for exceeding their allotment. Figure <br />3.12 shows the same data for non-residential customers. <br /> <br />ELCQ's revenue from metered water sales totaled $2,387,722 in 2006.
