Section 9 <br />Evaluation Framework <br />The following observations can be made for the Colorado <br />Basin: <br />For the group as a whole, the highest weighted <br />objectives are: Meet Municipal & Industrial Demands; <br />Optimize Existing & Future Supplies; and Provide <br />Operational Flexibility, which vary between 14 to <br />17 percent. The objective Enhance Recreational <br />Opportunities was weighted lowest, at 8 percent. <br />2. The agricultural interest average weights (when <br />compared against the overall group averages) are <br />highest for objectives such as Meet Agricultural <br />Demands, Optimize Existing & Future Supplies, and <br />Promote Cost Effectiveness; while they are lowest for <br />Provide for Environmental Enhancement; and about <br />average for Meet Municipal & Industrial Demands, <br />Enhance Recreational Opportunities, Protect Cultural <br />Values, and Provide for Operational Flexibility. <br />3.
