Objectives Enhance Recreational <br />Opportunities and Protect Cultural Values were <br />weighted lowest, at 8 percent. <br />The agricultural interest average weights (when <br />compared against the overall group averages) are <br />highest for objectives such as Meet Agricultural <br />Demands, Promote Cost Effectiveness, and Protect <br />Cultural Values; while they are lowest for Provide for <br />Environmental Enhancement; and about average for <br />Meet Municipal & Industrial Demands, Optimize <br />Existing & Future Supplies, Enhance Recreational <br />Opportunities, and Provide for Operational Flexibility. <br />~~ <br />3.
