SWSI Phase 2 Scope of Work <br />^ Identify sources of information, previous plans/studies, etc. <br />Assumptions/Basis of Costs <br />^ Consultant will conduct a total of four meetings <br />^ Each Steering Committee meeting will last approximately 2 hours in duration <br />^ CWCB Steering Committee meetings will consist of CWCB Advisory Board, senior <br />CWCB management and staff, and a member from the Consultant team <br />Summary of Deliverables <br />^ Steering committee meeting minutes <br />Task 2 -Process Overview of Phase 2 Technical Roundtables <br />Task 2.1 Formation of Technical Roundtables <br />Purpose <br />The purpose of each TRT is to discuss items identified in a statewide forum with <br />roundtable participants from multiple basins. <br />Approach <br />Schedule <br />The detailed schedule is attached. <br />Topics <br />Potential draft topics for TRT discussions are attached. The Consultant will facilitate <br />discussion in each TRT on institutional, technical, financial, and legal issues. <br />Membership <br />^ Diverse Geography -Based on input from BRTs, each TRT must represent <br />interests from multiple basins, including east and west slope representation on each <br />roundtable. <br />^ Interest Group Roundtable Participants -Each TRT should include <br />representatives of a broad range of interest groups that were represented in SWSI. <br />In addition, TRT membership will be expanded to include specific expertise in the <br />roundtable topic.
