<br />o For the Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Wastes section, Tetra <br />Tech needs tank locations from State Parks. <br />o Tetra Tech received the EDAW recreation report on September 14th <br />and it is being incorporated into the Recreation section. <br />o For the Cultural Resources section, Tetra Tech received the COE <br />report on September 10th and it will be incorporated into the draft. <br />. Chapter 4. Environmental Consequences <br />o Gary estimated that this Chapter is approximately 70% complete <br />overall. Changes to specific sections are being made based on the <br />Corps' revisions to the reservoir model. <br />o Geology and Soils: 100% complete. <br />o Hydrology: 75% complete. <br />o Water Quality: This section will be based on the WQ technical <br />appendix-updates are in progress. <br />o Aquatic Life and Fisheries: Ed Flemming (Ottertail Environmental) <br />reported that this section is 80% complete. Ed feels that overall the <br />reallocation will not be much of an issue for fish. <br />o Vegetation: 75% complete. <br />o Wetlands: 95% complete. <br />o Wildlife (including Migratory Birds): 80% complete. <br />o T&E species: 90% complete. <br />o Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste: 99% complete. <br />o Aesthetics: 75% complete. <br />o Socioeconomics: 50% complete. <br />o Transportation: Currently incorporating info from EDAW's report. <br />o Recreation: Tetra Tech received the Recreation report on <br />September 14th and is incorporating that into the draft. <br />o Cultural Resources: Tetra Tech received the Cultural Resources <br />report on September 10th and is incorporating that into the draft. <br />It's approximately 50% complete. <br />o Cumulative Impacts: This section is being updated based on the <br />revised modeling results. Tetra Tech is looking for input from Water <br />Users on projects that are actively being pursued. They are looking <br />at the South Platte Basin only. Tetra Tech will send a table to Tom <br />Browning to get input from the water users. <br />. Chapter 5. Description of Selected Plan <br />o This Chapter will be completed after Chapter 4 is complete. <br />. Chapter 6. Public Involvement, Review, and Consultation <br />o This Chapter is essentially complete (95%); only minor comments <br />have been received. The COE is reviewing and prioritizing <br />Cooperating Agency comments for Tetra Tech. Tetra Tech will <br />coordinate with the Corps to get Betty's final version. <br />. Chapter 7. Conclusions and Recommendations <br />o This Chapter will be finished after all of the other Chapters are <br />complete. <br /> <br />4 <br />
