Alternatives <br />o The no action alternative is stalled until the groundwater issue is <br />resolved. <br />o Rick McLoud asked Betty Peake and Gene Sturm if they have the <br />most current version of Chapter 2 with the Water Users comments. <br />Betty has read it and is up to date with the comments and Gene is <br />not sure if he has the most current version. <br />o Katie Fendel stated that the COE will not get anymore comments <br />from the users until a revised version is released. <br />o When COE is finished with their review/revisions of Chapter 2 they <br />will provide it to Tetra Tech. <br />o Rick asked if the individual water-entity needs from the Excel <br />spreadsheet will be incorporated into Chapter 1. Betty said that just <br />the overall numbers will be included. Eric Laux added that at some <br />point all the info might become an appendix but in the chapter it will <br />just be a summary. <br />. Chapter 3. Affected Environment <br />o Betty has gone through Chapter 3 and resolved Cooperating <br />Agency comments. As a result, she developed some action items <br />for Tetra Tech to address. The Chapter is approximately 90-95% <br />done and it should be completed in October. <br />o Geology and Soils, Hydrology, Water Quality, Aquatic Life and <br />Fisheries, Vegetation, Wetlands, T&E Species, Land Use, Air <br />Quality, Noise, Aesthetics, Socioeconomic Resources, and <br />Transportation sections are essentially complete. <br />o For the Wildlife section, Tetra Tech received bird data from Ann <br />Bonnell at today's meeting and it will be added to the Penley <br />description. <br /> <br />3 <br />
