added a few more support letters, a new resolution from state assembly, also a specific
letter signed from Douglas County legislators, we're pleased with that, Rod signed as
CWCB authority a resolution from CWCB, also a resolution from Weld County, and
Metro Basin Roundtable. Few coalition members have not done support letters, we will
follow up with you. Steve Witter, Central Colorado. Parker. Perry Park, we can draft
something, it helps to keep adding to this. Political folks like to look at this. Strong base
of support letters. Spring trip: Legislation - Marge?

Marge: Continuing resolution runs out 16th Nov, talk of extending to Dec 14th, probably
pass next week. Bills working on, not ours yet, once they finish the two groups they are
working on, should include Energy and Water, under a veto threat. House chair said
determined there will be some kind of resolution.

Tom: Any questions for Marge?

David: I can't image they won't pass a bill, we will get our energy and water money.

Tom: Eric confirmed hoping for $273K, go through full year to keep working.

David: Told folks in DC, anticipating $400K ask in 2009, but that may change. I will
mention we identified dates for spring trip, March 5-72008, after appropriate ear-mark
request begin March 1. If can participate, do so, important to have a good showing.
Other thing, Marge and I would remind, in our program of work, in first year, we worked
with you folks, Greenway and others, early summer tour in Chatfield. Put that in our
work program if you want to do that. Timing might be good to do it again. Maybe a
little later in summer, August, when they are out of session. Early August to avoid DNC
convention. Worked well last time. Presentations, tours, etc. Think about it, it's a way
to get everybody together, good conversation/dialogue going on. Could be very
beneficial. Think about what we could add upstream.

Rhonda: Maybe a series of shorter days, get more officials there. Depends on our
audience. Think about this later this spring.

Theresa: Was there a meeting planned? Some kind of. . .

Marge: Some sort of public notification that this is going on...

Tom - talked about need to have these activities, but nothing planned this month.

5) Project Funding Status

Tom: Update on Funding - as far as CWCB, we are solvent, the $600K authorization is
there, the last change order was for $200K, that was water users funds redirected for
project activities. State funding is there, not thinking about asking for more, when money
is needed will effect change orders as they come up., Talked about federal funding,
$273K in the federal, for the 08 fiscal year. Water Supply Reserve Account, $130K,
